摘要
供应链管理强调既合作又竞争的竞合双赢思想,是目前中国解决猪肉质量安全问题的有效途径。本文利用来自于山东省等15省(市)的761份问卷调查数据和深度访谈资料,从合作发起、合作动机、合作内容以及质量与价格、监管与争议等方面分析了优质猪肉供应链中养猪者、屠宰加工企业和超市三者间的相互竞合关系。研究结果表明:养猪者、屠宰加工企业和超市均具有较强的合作意愿,其动机是在保障猪肉质量安全的前提下追求稳定、持续的高收益;合作过程中,彼此之间能够提供相关服务和支持并通过协商解决有关争议,70%以上的养猪者满意现有竞合关系并意愿继续合作。不过,现有竞合关系尚存在许多不足,这些不足包括合同期限较短、内部信息不对称、主体地位不平等、重个体轻整体、重监管轻服务、对动物福利和健康养殖重视不够等。为此,应尽快树立供应链管理和健康养殖的基本理念,大力提高屠宰加工企业的综合能力,努力营造有利于改善优质猪肉供应链成员间竞合关系的外部环境。
According to the 761 pieces of questionnaires and depth interviews in 15 provinces,this paper analyses the competition and cooperation relationships among the pig farm,slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket.It is shows that the pig farm,slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket all have a strong willingness to cooperate for the stable and sustainable high-income;During the cooperation,they provide related services each other and can resolve the disagreement through consultations,more than 70% pig farms satisfied with the existing cooperation and would like to continue to cooperate;there are also some shortcoming in the cooperation such as the duration of the contract is short,the internal information is asymmetry,the subjective status are unequal,paying great attention to individual but neglecting the overall,valuing the supervision but neglect the service,don't pay enough attention to the animal welfare and healthy breeding,and so on.This paper suggests that the idea of supply chain management and health breeding should be set as soon as possible,the overall capability of the slaughter and processing enterprises should be strongly improved,the theoretical support of optimizing the cooperation should be provided actively,and make efforts to create an external environment which is good for improving the cooperation relationship.
