摘要
研究利用炼钢二次灰作为脱硫剂的可能性,方法到炼钢厂定期采样,分析其主要成分及碱性物在不同pH值和不同搅拌时间下的浸出情况.结果二次灰碱性物含量(折合为CaO)高达50.2%以上;定量二次灰的碱性物析出量随pH值的降低而升高(pH为5时可析出65.0%以上),且析出很快(在pH为4~6时,仅20min即可析出50.0%).结论炼钢二次灰是很好的脱硫剂.
Aim To stuty the possibility of using secondary dust in steel- making as absorbent for flue gas desulfurization ( FGD) . Methods Samples are periodically taken from the steel- making plants. Components and the utilization ratio of alkaline materials in the dust are analyzed under different pH values and times of stirring. Results The contents of alkaline materials in the dust can reach as high as 50.2% (when converted into equivalent calcium oxide) . The percentage of separa- tion of alkaline materials from the dust increases as pH value decreases ( > 65% at pH5) and the separation speed is fast ( 50% separation at pH4 ~ 6 within only 20 min). Conclusion The steel-making dust is a kind of useful absorbent for FGD.
