摘要
大学生创新意识和科研能力的培养是国家教育质量工程的重要内涵。论文结合大连理工大学教育教学改革重点项目,总结了大学生创新意识和科研能力的培养与实践体会,包括大学生创新能力分析、创新题目的拟定、学生的遴选和立项实施过程等。同时,对师资队伍、激励措施,以及人才培养与学科建设的关系等共性问题提出具体建议,供同行参考与交流。
Innovative consciousness and research abilities are the main contents of national education quality project. The practical experiences were summarized in the paper to cultivate the innovative consciousness and research abilities of undergraduate students from the key subject of education and teaching reformation of Dalian University of Technology. In the paper, the innovation abilities of college students were analyzed, the proper innovation research subjects and the selection of students, as well as the process of this subject were introduced, respectively. In addition, some suggestions were proposed about teacher resources, excitation strategies and the relations of students cultivation and discipline development. Hope the main points and experiences of the paper can be taken as references and exchanged with readers.
