摘要
本文阐述了我们用ＬｉｎｋＱｘ－２０００能谱仪对大鼠实验性胰腺炎胰腺细胞核周腔形态变化的电镜图象进行测量分析的方法，结果表明用这种方法对细胞超微结构的生理或病理变化进行测量分析是一种有效的方法。
This paper reports a method of ultrastural morphometrical analysis of the Nucleus of pancreatitis in rats, using X-Ray Energy Dispersive Spwetrometer. The results demonstrate that the method is a good means for study on ultrastructural and morphometric change of cell in pathology and physiology.
