摘要
介绍了国网信息通信有限公司查新工作从诞生到今天经历了起步阶段、成熟阶段、发展阶段。从查新工作走过的20多年的发展历程看出,从服务范围、报告质量、资源检索等方面发生了巨大变化,查新业务也由早期的为项目报奖提供检索证明,发展到现在提供电力行业的基金申请、科研立项、项目评估、项目鉴定、项目验收等科技活动的专业查新报告。针对查新工作当前所面临的新形势,分析了市场经济对查新工作的新要求,提出了查新工作新的服务方式和服务内容及未来查新工作的发展方向。
The novelty retrieval work in State Grid Information ＆ Telecommunication Co., Ltd. was introduced, which was from the birth up to now and passed through the stages of start, mature and development. The development course of novelty retrieval work has passed more than 20 years, the huge change has occurred from the aspects of service scope, quality of novelty retrieval report and information resource retrieval. The business of novelty retrieval was also developed from early stage of offering retrieval certificate for project award, to offering the s pecialnoveltyretrievalreportforthefundapplicationofelectricpowerindustry,researchprojectapproving.projectassessment,projectacceptanceetc. According to the new situation of novelty retrieval work recently, the new requirements of market economy for novelty retrieval work were analyzed, and the new service way and service content as well as the development direction for the novelty retrieval were put forward.
