摘要
本文结合鞍钢2号高炉高富氧大量喷吹煤粉工业性冶炼试验,根据实验室与高炉风口取样等研究结果,分析了富氧鼓风条件下,风口区域煤粉的燃烧状况与其对高炉冶炼过程的影响。结果表明:(1)富氧鼓风后,煤粉在风口前燃烧明显改善,其燃烧率由普通鼓风60~70%提高到80%以上,炉内煤粉利用率达到95%;(2)风口回旋区缩小,边沿煤气流明显发展;(3)风口区氧势增强,氧化带向炉中心延伸,生铁含硅降低,铁水温度有所升高。
According to both laboratory work and samples taken from the tuyere zone of blast furn-ace, the combustion of pulverized coal injected with oxygen enriched blast and its influence onthe operation of blast furnace are given inthis paper. The results show that, (1) The combustion ratio of pulverized coal in front of the tuyeresis improved to 80% with the O_2-enriched blast compared with 60--70% under ordinary blast. Theutilization ratio of puiverized coal in B. F. is raised to 95%. (2) The raceways become smallerthan before and the gas flows in periphery are increased largely. (3) The oxygen potential inthe raceway is increased so the oxidation zone extends towards the center of furnace; the si-licon content in hot metal is decreased and the temperature of the hot metal is increased aswell.
