摘要
研究了银基钎料中杂质元素铝、铁对钎料铺展性能的影响,分析了钎料的室温显微组织以及杂质铝、铁对钎料熔化温度的影响作用,揭示了杂质铝、铁对钎料铺展性能的影响机理。
The effect of aluminium and iron in silver brazing filler metal on spreadability and melting point is studied. The microstructure of filler metal at room temperature is analyzed too. Then the influencing mechanism on spreadability is indicated.
