摘要
本文综述了预应力模具的发展现状、现有的预应力模具种类和存在的问题：预应力环模具不能很好的适应冷挤压、冷锻、金刚石合成等工作环境；预应力缠绕模具是一种新型的预应力结构模具的设计理论，其设计理论在中国相对不是很成熟。针对预应力模具开展研究具有重要的实际意义和科学价值。
The progress of pre-stressed dies and the kinds of it are introduced, but there exist analysis of pre-stressed dies, such as the multi-pre-stressed rings dies should not adapt to the processes of cold-extruding, cold-forging and diamond synthesis, The strip-wound prestressed die is a new kind of pre-stressed dies. It has been used in developed countries. There are no design theories available as the basis of practice and no special winding apparatus. To study about prestressed wound dies has important practicat significance and scientific value.
