摘要
在全球金融危机冲击下,西南地区(四川、贵州、云南、广西、西藏和重庆)的进出口贸易额、利用外资等方面有所下降。西南地区是建设中国—东盟自由贸易区前沿,面临许多发展机遇,需调整对外开放的战略,改善投资环境,加快西南地区的对外开放,以促进西南地区大发展。
This paper studies the current development and the latest opening up progress of the Southwest （Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi, Tibet and Chongqing） under the impact of the global financial crisis. The southwest is the front of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. There are a lot of opportunities for development. The Southwest needs to adjust opening to the outside world strategy, improve the investment climate, in order to promote the great development of Southwest.
