摘要
分析了娄底地区矿产的储量、赋存特点及开发利用现状、前景，提出实施“四大带动”工程，加强矿业执法，发挥矿产资源优势，加快娄底经济发展。
The author analysed the reserves, the deposit state, the current situation and prospects for the development and utilization of mineral resources in Loudi Prefecture. The author aslo pointed out to carry out “Four Major Drive” project and to enhance the enforcement of mining industry law and to bring the advantages in mineral resources into play for acceleration of economic development in Londi Prefecture.
