摘要
IGBT中关键的应用技术之一是过流保护,过流保护不仅直接关系到IGBT器件本身的工作性能和运行安全,而且影响到整个系统的性能和安全。对此,分析了IGBT过流的检测及保护的原理,并基于典型驱动模块EXB841的工作原理提出了过流保护临界动作值的实用整定原则。
One of key technology in IGBT is of over current protection which not only affects the performance and operation safety of IGBT component itself, but also the performance and safety of the whole system. The paper analyzed the detection of IGBT over current and its protection principle, and proposed the practicality setting principle of critical operating value of over current protection based on a typically - driven module of EXB841.
