摘要
胰岛素瘤是最常见的一种胰腺内分泌肿瘤，临床上具有典型的Whipple三联征表现，目前外科手术切除仍是该病的唯一根治手段。胰岛素瘤的定位诊断是临床上的一个难点，近年来随着诊断技术的进步，胰岛素瘤的定位诊断阳性率明显提高。本文就该病的诊断及治疗进展做一简要概述。
Insulinoma （islet β-cell tumor） is one of the most common pancreatic endocrine tumors. It has a typical clinical manifestation called Whipple＇s triad. And so far, surgical treatment is the only curative method. But the localization diagnosis of insulinoma is difficult. Recently, with advances in diagnostic techniques, the localization diagnosis of insulinoma accuracy has markedly improved. This paper makes a brief overview of the progress in diagnosis＇and treatment of insulinoma.
