摘要
钢厂渣罐车运输的物料是1000℃以上的液体钢渣,因此,要求其运行中必须保持平稳,严防钢渣溅出车外。为满足这一要求,转向时应尽量使后车架不动。取到这一效果的关键在于设计时使前、后车架转向阻力矩的比值很小。本文分析了转向平稳性与转向阻力矩的关系,对转向阻力矩、转向油缸直径及转向器排量进行了计算。
The material transported by slag pot carrier in steel mill is the liquid steel slag at 1000℃ above.Therefore,it is demanded that the running of slag pot carrier must be kept steady to avoid the slag splashing out.In order to meet this requirement,the after carriage should be kept as still as possible at the time of steering.The key to obtaining this result lies in making the design ratio of steering resisting moment of fore and aft carriage very low.The author analyzes the relation of steering steadiness with steering resisting moment,and calculates the steering resisting moment,the diameter of steering cylinder and the displacement of steering gear.
