摘要
以高锰酸钾为主要原料,在碱性环境中,控制温度为45℃,滴加适量环己醇,在沸水浴中加热数分钟,过滤,用去离子水洗至中性,在50℃下烘干,制备出性能优良的活性二氧化锰。采用IR谱图对其结构进行分析,考察了处理时间、二氧化锰用量、体系温度、活性二氧化锰的焙烧温度对苯胺类染料脱色性能的影响。结果显示:合成的二氧化锰表面存在大量的羟基,具有优良的吸附能力,可以在不加任何辅助条件下对苯胺类染料直接吸附脱色,效果优良;30℃下,在质量浓度为11.75 mg/L的亚甲基蓝中加入0.50 g/L的活性二氧化锰,10 min内可以达到优良的处理效果。同时,发现焙烧后的二氧化锰吸附效果远远低于未经焙烧的试样,而且吸附性能随着焙烧温度的升高逐渐降低。
In the alkali condition,potassium permanganate(KMnO4) was the main raw material with appropriate dropwise addition of cyclohexanol at 45 ℃.Reaction system was heated in boiling water bath with several minutes,and then filtrated and washed to the neutral with deionized water.Excellent activated manganese dioxide(MnO2) was produced after drying at 50 ℃.Structure of MnO2 was characterized by IR spectrum analysis.Effects of treatment time,MnO2 dosage,system temperature, and roasting temperature of MnO2 on discoloring performances of activated MnO2 to aniline dye were investigated. Results showed that there are lots of hydroxide radical (--OH) on synthesized MnO2 surface with an excellent ability of absorption. It can directly absorb and discolorize aniline dye with no additive materials. When activated MnO2 at concentration of 0.50 g/L was added to methylene blue with the concentration of 11.75 mg/L at the 30 ℃, the excellent treatment result can be achieved within 10 mintues. It was found that absorption effect of roasted MnO2 was far below than that of unroasted MnO2 and absorption ability decreased with roasting temperature increasing.
