摘要
126例因上消化道症状而行纤维胃镜检查的病例,用幽门弯曲菌(CP)快速诊断试剂进行检测,CP 阳性率最高疾病依次为浅表性胃炎(85.8%),十二指肠球部溃疡(81.8%)及胃溃疡(77.7%)。部分 CP 阳性病例给予抗生素治疗后有明显疗效。
One hundred and twenty-six cases of upper gastrointestinal symptomsexamined with endoscopes are reported in this paper.These cases werealso detected with a rapidly-diagnostic reagent of campylobacter pylori(CP).The diseases with the highest positive rate in order were superficialgastritis (85.5%),duodenal ulcer (81.8%) aud gastric ulcer (77.7%).The positive patients treated with antibiotics responded well.It is suggestedthat this method be popularized in clinjcal treatment.
