摘要
农村医疗保障是我国社会保障的重要组成部分,完善农村医疗保障体系具有重要意义。当前我国农村医疗保障存在诸如资金不足,政府角色不明、职能缺位,经费支出缺乏监控机制等问题。应在政府的领导下建立城乡一体化、全面普及的医疗体系,进一步完善现行的农村医疗保障体制。
Chinese rural medical security is an important component of social security, it is important to improve the rural medical security system. There are some problems in our rural medical security , such as insufficient funds, the unknown role and lack of functions of government , lack of control mechanisms. Under the leadership of the government, It is urgent to establish urban and rural integration, universal access to health care system, and further improve the existing rural medical security system.
