摘要
室内测定了25%二甲基二癸基氯化铵(DDAC)水剂的不同稀释液对棉花枯、黄萎病,番茄叶霉病及黄瓜白粉病的抑菌作用,对其防治效果进行了初步研究。结果表明不同剂量的25%二甲基二癸基氯化铵水剂对各种病原菌均具有一定的防治效果。在50mg/L剂量下对棉花枯、黄萎病,黄瓜白粉病的抑制率分别为85.42%、93.07%、85.83%,对番茄叶霉病的抑制率则达100%。说明25%二甲基二癸基氯化铵水剂50mg/L的剂量是防治病原菌的理想药剂。
The inhibition of dimethyl didecatyl ammonium chloride(DDAC) 25% AS on Fusarium oxysporum, Verticillium alboatrum, Fulvia fulva (Cooke) Cifferri, Sphaerotheca futiginea was determined by means of potato dextrose agar (PDA) perti-dish testing. The results showed that DDAC 25% AS had a good control effect on the pathogens as above. The inhibition rate of 50 mg/L of DDAC 25% AS for Fusarium oxysporum, Verticillium alboatrum, Sphaerotheca futiginea were 85.42, 93.07, 85.83%, respectively. Especially for Fulvia fulva (Cooke) Cifferri, it was about 100%. The experiment showed that the DDAC 25% AS was the ideal fungicide in controlling the pathogens as above.
