摘要
本文对低温软化酶EB的性能及应用特点进行了研究,确定了其中胶原酶、非胶原酶的蛋白水解活力与温度、时间的关系并与工业胰酶等的软化性能进行了对比。结果表明:低温软化酶EB在分散胶原束、除去毛根、溶解纤维间质及软化的均匀性等方面效果显著,其综合性能优于工业胰酶。
In this paper, we studied the properties and application of the low temperature bating enzyme EB and found out the relationship between hydrolytic activity of collagenase and non-collagenase with temperature and time and made a comparison about bating effect of EB and pancreatin in leather processing. Tests showed that low temperature bating enzyme EB had an outstanding result, in fiber dispersing, hair roots removing, interfibrillary materials solution and uniform bating. Its comprehensive properties is better than pancreatin.
