摘要
为适应现代服务业对从业人员的高要求，针对学生的就业和可持续发展的需要，文章提出了构建“职业综合能力训练体系”，在训练项目、训练内容、训练途径、检测与评价方面进行了卓有成效的探索。
In the high demand of modern service industry for the employees, and to meet the needs of students＂ employment and sustainable development, we propose constructing a ＂ comprehensive vocational competency training system＂, and has conducted some exploration and innovation in training items, training contents, training methods, as well as testing and evaluation.
