摘要
"三农"问题一直是国内理论界讨论的重点话题。本文运用马克思再生产理论去探究我国"三农"问题,认为"三农"问题的实质是社会总产品扩大再生产过程中的两大生产部门即城镇部门和农村部门的不平等交换与不均衡发展过程中的长期矛盾积累;并基于农村——城镇两部门再生产的扩展模型去分析"三农"问题的形成机理。
＂Three rural＂ issues have been the pivot discussion topic of the domestic theoretical circle. This paper apply Marxist reproduction theory to explore the nature and the causes of China＇s ＂three rural＂ issues , saying that the nature of this problem is the accumulation of long - term conflicts of the unequal exchange and uneven development between cities and rural areas, which are the two production sectors in the process of expanded reproduction of the total product of society ; and the author also analyze the formation mechanism of ＂three rural＂ issues basing on the reproduction expansion model of the rural - urban two - sectors.
