摘要
TB880E掘进机的主轴承是整个机器重要的部件,如果主轴承出现问题,则处理起来比较困难,不但成本高而且耽误掘进工期。结合南疆铁路吐库二线中天山隧道施工实际,介绍了洞内更换内密封过程,分析内密封失效的原因,进而提出相应措施。
TB880E-type TBM＇ s main bearing is aimportant component of the entire machine, if the main bearings exists problem, it is more difficult to deal with not only expensive but also delay the tunneling duration. Combine Zhongtianshan Tunnel of second-line railway of Tu lufan-Ku erie in southern Xinjiang construction practice, introduced sealing replace inside the tunnel, analyze the reasons for failure within the seal, then put forward corresponding measures.
