摘要
基于新制度经济学的分析体系,从制度变迁的角度,探索我国土地承包经营权流转的行动机理,揭示出我国土地承包经营权流转的逻辑核心在于社区农民自觉追逐土地之利,其内在动力在于与土地承包经营权流转有关的各个利益集团对自身利益最大化的追求,其成功的关键在于社区农民、基层干部、地方政府和中央政府四股力量的契合。
Base on new institutional economics, from angle of system vicissitude,this article attempts to explore the motion mechanism of the transfer of the contractual right of land by using Nourse＇s behavioral theory. The article shows that logical core of the transfer of the contractual fight of land lies in the community farmers initiative to pursue the advantage of the land; its intrinsic power lies in each special interest group pursue benefit maximization; its successful key lies in conjunction strength of the community farmers, the grassroots cadre, local authority and central authorities.
