类牙釉状丝胶蛋白/羟基磷灰石复合材料的合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Silk Sericin/Hydroxyapatite Composite with Enamel-like Microstructure

摘要 采用化学沉淀法合成了丝胶蛋白(SS)/羟基磷灰石(HAP)复合材料,并研究了矿化时间对复合材料的影响.X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM/HRTEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征结果表明:在较短的矿化时间内,合成的SS/HAP为直径约20 nm的复合颗粒;随着矿化时间的延长,这些复合颗粒能够沿轴方向组装并融合成类牙釉结构的较大晶体.文章讨论了其可能的组装机制. The silk sericin (SS)/hydroxyapatite (HAP) composite was synthesized via a chemical co-precipitation method. The effect of mineralization time on the formation of composite, including growth of crystal, aggregation and assembly of nanoparticles, was investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results revealed that the mineralization time could influence the size, morphology and assembly of SS/HAP composite, i.e., long mineralization time leading to the large composite particles with high hydroxyapatite crystallinity. A more interesting thing was that the rod-like composite particles with 300-500 nm in length and 50-80 nm in diameter were assembled along the c-axis by the small nanoparticles with a size of about 20 nm, which is very similar to the assembly of natural enamel. The formation mechanism of enamel-like microstructure of SS/HAP composite was proposed.
