一种空间用β钛合金低成本制备工艺的研究

摘要 采用一种新的合金化元素添加工艺,经过3次真空电弧炉熔炼制备了TB3钛合金铸锭。经X光探伤、纵剖面不同位置取样化学元素分析,布氏硬度测试,能谱分析及对合金棒材显微组织、拉伸断口、机械性能的观测表明,采用本研究的工艺制备TB3合金,不仅可以得到无钼元素偏析、夹杂的匀质铸锭,而且通过批量生产,证实了本制备工艺切实可行,并节约了生产成本。 Using a new alloy element adding method, TB3 alloy ingot was produced by triple VAR process. The X ray test, chemical composition analysis at different longitudinal position, HB test, EDS analysis, microstructure analysis, tensile fracture surface analysis and mechanical properties test of the TB3 bars were carried out. The results show that the as-melted TB3 alloy ingot has no Mo element segregation and Mo inclusion. The successful melting of the 440 mm TB3 ingot using this method validates that the producing process is available and the producing cost is dramatically reduced.
