摘要
高温超导近几年取得了很大发展并已进入商用阶段,超导与电力电子集成应用于液氮温区是目前非常有前景的一个研究方向。将电力电子器件与超导电力设备共同运行于低温下,会大大提高超导电力设备和电力电子换流器的效率和功率密度。本文总结了低温功率变换器的研究现状,论述了电力电子与超导结合应用的发展情况,探讨了低温电力电子结合超导技术应用面临的若干问题。
In recent years, HTS has achieved great development and comes into the stage of commercial application. Therefore the integration of superconductivity and power electronics in LN2 temperature is a promising researching aspect at present. The operation of power electronics devices and superconductive electrical equips in cryogenic temperature would increase the efficiency and power density of the system. This article summarizes the development of cryogenic power converter, and describes the situation of combination of power electronics and superconductivity. Finally, we discuss problems during the application of power electronics and superconductivity in cryogenics.
