摘要
高校辅导员开展工作研究，应从三个方面分析：即学校发展、辅导员工作职业化和能力发展，以及学生是非观、价值观养成。在此基础上，本文分析探讨了高校辅导员工作研究的思路、方法和主要方向，以期给高校辅导员开展工作研究提供一点借鉴。
In the article, the author discussed the necessity and feasibility for college counselors to undertake work research from three aspects： the development of colleges, the professional development of counselors as well as the cultivation of students. Based on this, the author proposed some ways on how to conduct the work research. The article closed by making a summary of the related field to provide the range for future research.
