摘要
阐述了复杂软件项目风险管理的基本概念,分析了风险管理实施要点,并结合复杂软件项目风险特征和风险管理理论提出了一套系统的风险管理方法。
This paper described the basic concepts of complex software project risk management and analysed the risk management implement emphases,put forward a systemic risk management method based on the the complex software project risk characteristics and risk management theory.
