摘要
从数据仓库基本特点出发,详细地阐述了基于主题KPI分析的数据挖掘基本概念;结合寿险公司日常业务需求,提出了基于数据仓库的寿险多元行销部门整体架构,设计了该系统主要的主题分析,完成了基于主题分析的数据仓库建模;并针对相关主题分析的内容引入了成熟的数据挖掘技术,完成对KPI决策分析的挖掘工作。
There are huge customer data stored in a Life Insurance Corporation. How to acquire useful information from the database and make use of the acquired patterns in decision-making is a problem to be solved. This paper describes a method that is used to analyze KPI （Key Performance Indication） of Life Insurance Corporation, where ETL＊PLUS is used to process the raw data and Erwin to build data warehouse. A tool ＂FreeQuery＂ is designed to show the KPI results. The KPI based analysis system is helpful for supporting life insurance corporation＇s decision-making, as well as operation management.
