摘要
培养高职学生综合职业能力是高职教育的主要任务。而职业核心能力则是综合职业能力的核心要素。文章根据职业核心能力包含的内容,结合高职院校的实际,从专业实践教学体系、专业实践教学内容、专业实践教学的方法和手段、实践教学评价方式和实训室管理等方面提出专业实践教学是培养和提高学生职业核心能力的有效途径。
Training for higher vocational students comprehensive vocational capability is the main task of higher vocational education. Professional core competence is a central factor of the comprehensive professional ability. According to the details of the vocational core ability,this paper gives some efficient methods including the systems and teaching methods of the professional practical teaching,the evaluation ways of the system to improve the students comprehensive vocational ability.
