摘要
从理论上推导出了气敏元件的工作温度与环境温度之间的关系式,分析了热敏元件对气敏元件的温度补偿原理,在考虑气敏元件的灵敏度温度特性的同时,指出了构成低温漂复合元件需满足的条件,并阐述了实验上的可行性。
The present paper deduces theoretically the relationship between the working temperature of a gas sensor and the temperature of environment.The temperature compensation theory of a gas sensor is analysed.Considering the temperature specific property of sensitivity,the author indicate the conditions to meed of the low temperature shift complex sensor.
