摘要
目的分析引起药物不良反应的相关因素。方法对我院2007年元月至2008年6月收集到的115例药物不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果115份ADR报告涉及5类药物共26个中西药品种,其中位居第一位的是抗菌药物占73.9%,给药途径为静脉滴注111例占96.5%,临床表现以皮肤及附件损害最多占32.18%,大于60岁患者56例占48.6%。结论应重视药物ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药。
Objective：To analyze the related factors of adverse drug reactions.Methods： This paper statistically analyzed 115 cases with adverse drug reactions which were collected from Jan 2007 to Jun 2009 in our hospital.Result： 115 reports involved 26 kinds of Chinese and Western medicines.Among of them,the antibacterial drugs ranked first（73.9%）.The route of administration of 111 cases was intravenously guttae,accounted for 96.5%.Conclusion： We should emphasize the ADR monitoring and promote clinical rational drug use.
