摘要
目的 探讨角膜中央厚度采用角膜内皮细胞计与超声角膜测厚仪测量之间的差异性.方法 分别应用角膜内皮细胞计和超声角膜测厚仪对79例(79只右眼)的中央角膜厚度进行测量,对两组测量值进行配对t检验、直线相关和回归分析.结果 应用超声角膜测厚仪检测的角膜厚度均值为(541.10±26.65)μm,角膜内皮细胞计检测的均值为(532.91±24.44)μm.后者显著低于前者(P<0.001),两者呈显著线性正相关(r=0.893,P<0.001),回归方程角膜内皮计测量值=(89.89+0.819)×超声角膜测厚仪测量值.角膜内皮细胞计测量值低于超声测厚仪测量值.结论 角膜内皮细胞计和超声角膜测厚仪均能为我们提供角膜中央厚度值.临床应用时应知道两种检查方法之间的差异,用同一种仪器随访患者才具有可比性.
Objective To evaluate the central corneal thickness values in myope with the new Topcon SP2000P noncontact specular microscopy and ultrasonic pachymetry.Methods Central corneal thickness was measured in 79 eyes of 79 patients first with a noncontact specular microscopy (Topcon SP2000P), Paired t test linear regression analysis and linear relation analysis were used to analysis the measured values in the two group.Results The mean central corneal thickness measured by noncontact specular microscopy or ultrasonic pachymetry was (532.91 24.44)um and (541.10 26.65) p m(t=6.062, P〈0.001)with a significantly positive relationship (r=0.893, P〈0.001).Conelusions The difference of the two apparatus in the measurements of the corneal thickness should be considered and accurately evaluated.
