摘要
目的总结近几年应用疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法分析2004年8月-2008年8月应用美国巴德公司定型产品行疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝68例。对术后并发症及复发率进行随访观察。结果随访65例（3例失访）。时间6～24个月。术后无复发病例。发生各种术后并发症5例，并发症发生率7．35％。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术操作方法简单、符合解剖生理、手术时间短、创伤小、疗效好、并发症少，值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic efficacy of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia in our hospital recent years.Method 68 patients with inguinal hernia treated by mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty produced by Budd corporation approved product of America were analyzed from 2004.8 to 2008.10. Postoperative complications and recurrence rate were followed up and observed.Result 65 cases were followed up（3 cases missed）,the time was six to twenty-four months.There was no case recurred.There were 5 cases with various kind of postoperative complications,incidence rate was 7.35%.Conclusion The advantages of mesh-plug tension-free hemioplasty were easy to operate,fit to dissection and physiology,with less operation time,less trauma, better curative effect,less complication and so on,which was deserved to extending generally in clinic.
