摘要
目的观察苦碟子注射液与酚妥拉明联合辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效。方法140例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分成两组。治疗组72例除常规抗感染、平喘、化痰、强心利尿和低流最吸氧外，还联合苦碟子注射液与酚妥拉明治疗。对照组68例只接受常规治疗。结果治疗组经14d的治疗后与对照组相比，全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率等均显著下降（p〈0．01或P〈0．05），两组症状缓解率分别是94．4％和67．6％（P〈0．05），治疗组与对照组相比，氧分压得到明显改善（P〈0．01），治疗组除2例有颜而发红，但不久便消失，末影响继续治疗之外，无其它明显不良反应。结论苦碟子注射液与酚妥拉明能显著改善慢性肺源性心脏病患者的血液流变性，提升氧分压，改善患者症状，足辅助治疗肺心病有效而安全的药物。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Kudiezi injection combined with Phentolamine on chronic cor pulmonale.Methods t 40 patients were divided into two groups at random.72 patients in treatment group were treated with Kudiezi injection combined with Phentolamine as well as routine medicine therapy such as anti-infection, asthma restraint,expectoration,cardiocinetic,diuresis and low flowrate oxygen-breath,while the 68 patients in control group were treated with routine medicine therapy only.Results After fourteen days＇treatment,comparing with the control group,the blood theology nature intreatment group such as ~1 bh, -q bl, nq p,HCT, ET, PAR and Fb ect.decreased significantly（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 94.4 % and 67.6 % respectively（P〈0.05）.PaO2 in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.01）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in treatment group except that 2 patient＇s face turned red at the beginning and resumed to normal soon,not affecting continuous treatment.Conclusion The combined application of intra-venous Kudiezi injection and Phentolamine can significantly improve the blood rheology nature,PaO2 and symptom of the patients.It is safe and has highly supplementary effective on chronic cor pulmonale.
