摘要
过去的几年中,医学影像技术得到了迅速的发展,它主要表现在如下几个方面:①透视与射影的数字X线设备相继产生,如DR、CR、DF,并成为放射诊断学科的一个重要突破。因此,传统的X线设备正逐步为数字化设备所取代。②新的成像方法不断地发展,工作站的强大的后处理功能使得这些方法得以实现。③目前,PACS成为医学影像技术的新课题,在放射科得到了广泛的应用。PACS不仅是一个产品,而且是一个系统工程。在PC的硬件软件环境下发展起来的PACS成为它的一个发展趋势。
Medical imaging technology has been de-
veloped rapidly in the years. The technology can be repre-
sented with the following aspects. ① Digital X - ray equip-
ment as major breakthrough in radiological diagnosis and,
as the result, the conventional X - ray modalities are being
replaced with the digitals. ②New imaging methods have
been developed. All of these are supported by powerful
post - processing capability of workstations. ③PACS has
now become one of the latest subject of medical imaging
technology, it will be used widely in X - ray departments.
PACS is not only a product, but also a system engineering.
PC based hardware and software environments are becom-
ing the trend of the future PACS.
