摘要
为研制重组酵母乙型肝炎（乙肝，ＹＨＢ）、白喉（Ｄ）、破伤风（Ｔ）、无细胞百日咳（ａＰ）四联疫苗（ＤＴａＰ－ＹＨＢ），我们对佐剂吸附方法，不同含量Ｄ．Ｔ．ａＰ抗原的配比，ＤＴａＰ－ＹＨＢ四联疫苗中各成份抗原与其相应单价抗原的免疫原性进行了比较。结果显示：以乙肝疫苗所使用的佐剂吸附Ｄ．Ｔ．ａＰ抗原比较理想，不同含量Ｄ、ＴａＰ抗原效力试验检测结果差别不大，四联疫苗中各成份抗原与其相应用价苗免疫原性未见干扰现象，表明ＤＴａＰ－ＹＨＢ四联疫苗各抗原间有良好的相容性。
In order to develop a combined yeast - derived recombinant hepatitis B, diphthe- ria, tetanus, acellular pertussis vaccine . The adjuvant absorbing methods, the different amounts of antigen combination, the immune response of the DTaP - YHB and the monovalent vac- cine were compared. The results indicated that DTaP - YHB made by absorbing DTaP on the adjuvant used in YHB vaccine was good. The results of using different amounts of DTaP were no significant difference. The interference between antigens of DTaP - YHB vaccine was not discovered. It showed the compatibility of each antigen in DTaP - YHB vaccine was good.
