探讨了基层图书馆和乡镇文化站等在全民读书活动中的主阵地作用,并提出了基层文化设施建设的一些对策。
This paper probes into the function of basic-level libraries and rural cultural stations of towns as a battle position in the nationwide reading activity,and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of basic-level cultural facility.
