摘要
通过对城市供水风险及应急对策研究现状进行梳理,基于哈尔滨市城市供水水源及需水分析,对哈尔滨市城市供水存在的风险进行了分析,主要表现为资源短缺风险、管理风险、工程设施风险及污染风险4类。最后针对各种供水风险进行了应急对策分析,从而为哈尔滨市城市应急供水预案提供依据。
Based on summarizing the current researching situation of urban emergency water supply risk strategy, after analyzing the sources of urban water supply and water demands in Harbin, a conclusion was drawn that the water supply risk in Harbin included four kinds： resources deficiency risk, management risk engineering facility risk and water pollution risk. According to the risks above, emergent strategies were provided against each of them, which would benefit the relative researches on urban emergent water supply programme.
