摘要
中国的房地产市场在经历10年的高速增长之后,伴随着全球的经济危机进入深幅调整,并成为影响经济安全的重点行业之一。经济周期和房地产市场波动相互影响,相互作用,经济一旦进入收缩期,投资减弱,房价必然下降,中国房地产投资大量依靠银行融资的现实决定着金融安全,房地产市场和金融风险高度相关。因此,政府必须采取灵活有效的措施,稳定房地产市场,保证金融安全和经济持续健康稳定发展。
Due to the spreading of global financial crisis,Chinese housing industry,after 10 years' rapid development,has become one of the main industries influencing economic safety.Economic cycle and housing market interact on each other.When economy enters depression period,investment will decrease,which will bring about going down of housing price.The investment in real estate in China relies on banks' financing,which shows housing market has a close connection with financial safety.So governments must adopt flexible measures to stabilize housing market to ensure financial safety and sound development of economy.
