摘要
小干扰稳定计算结果表明安康水电厂机组对西北电网西电东送方式下的弱阻尼影响为最大。因此,在安康水电厂3号机励磁系统实测参数的基础上,配置整定了电力系统稳定器(PSS)各环节参数,并用MATLAB对其相位补偿环节进行仿真验证。小干扰稳定计算和时域仿真计算表明投运PSS对改善系统阻尼特性有显著作用,并通过本机试验验证了PSS对增强本机振荡模式及区域振荡模式阻尼的有效性。
The small signal stability calculation shows that the units in Ankang Hydropower Plant have significant effect on the underdamping which usually causes the low frequency oscillation in Northwest Grid, so, the PSS parameters of No.3 unit in Ankang Hydropower Plant are configured according to the measured parameters for excitation system, and its phase characteristics is verified by MATLAB software. The small signal stability calculation and time domain simulation shows that PSS equipped in Ankang Hydropower Plant can improve system damping characteristics, and the validating test of PSS shows its great effectiveness not only to local oscillation modes but also to inter-area oscillation modes.
