摘要
研究了氮原子在Nd(Fe,M)12合金中的扩散行为,测定了扩散温度、时间与样品平均氮含量的关系;计算了氮原子在Nd(Fe,M)12合金中的扩散频率因子D0和扩散激活能Ea,运用扩散Fick第二定律计算了氮原子在Nd(Fe,M)12粉末颗粒内部的分布。理论计算与实验结果一致。
The diffusion behaviour of N atoms in Nd(Fe,Mo) 12 alloys has been studied. The relationship between the diffusion temperature, the diffusion time with average concentration of N in samples and the distribution of N concentration in powder particle have been measured. Frequency factor D 0 and activation energy E a for N atoms diffusion in Nd(Fe,Mo) 12 particle have been clalculated. Using Fick Second diffusion law the distribution of N concentration in Nd(Fe,Mo) 12 particles is calculated. The results of calculation are consistent with the experimental results.
