摘要
介绍了离心通风机叶轮与主轴的联接方式,着重讨论了过盈配合下,两者过盈量的计算及配合公差的合理选取,推荐了采用分段过盈配合的设计思想,使得转子的安装与拆卸更加方便。
This paper has introduced the connection mode of impeller and main shaft in centrifugal fan. The calculation of both magnitude of interference and the reasonable selection of fit tolerance are especially discussed under the condition of interference fit. The design idea of adopting segment interference fit is recommended, which made rotor＇s installation and disassemble more convenient.
