摘要
针对油罐区自动化管理的需要,介绍一种基于GSM短消息的油罐区监控系统。该系统设计是以LPC2119为核心,采用压力变送器和温度传感器分别对油罐的液位和温度进行实时在线检测和控制,并利用GSM网络的SMS通讯模块,将现场采集数据以短消息的方式传给监控中心,再由监控中心处理数据并建立数据文件,从而实现远程监控。试验结果表明,使用GSM短消息用户投资小,可靠性高,操作简单。
This paper introduces a tank farm monitoring and control system based on short message service of GSM,to meet the need Of automation management.The system,which makes LPC2119 as the core module,uses the pressure transmitter and temperature sensor to achieve real-time monitor and control the liquid level and detection on line. Short message service of GSM is used to transport data of the scene to the monitoring center transmission, and then the monitoring center deal with them and establish data files to achieve remote monitoring.The experimental results show that this system has the features of low management cost, high reliability and easy to operate.
