摘要
目的:研究南酸枣树皮的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱、硅胶薄层制备以及凝胶柱色谱的方法分离纯化化合物,利用质谱、核磁共振等现代波谱技术解析化合物结构。结果:从南酸枣树皮活性有效部位中分离出7个化合物,分别是:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、十六烷酸(Ⅱ)、正四十二烷酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、槲皮素(Ⅴ)、芦丁(Ⅵ)、木犀草素-3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of Choerospondias axiUaries. Methods : All compounds were isolated and purified by normal column chromatograph, paper thin layer chromatograph and sephadex chromatograph, the chemical strucures were mainly elucidated by ESI-MS and NMR spectra. Results: seven compouds were isolated from the Choerospondias axillaries and as following: β-sitostero( Ⅰ ), hexadecanoic acid ( Ⅱ ), eorrectitude fourty-two alkyl acid (Ⅲ ) , daucosterol (Ⅳ ) , quereetin ( Ⅴ ) , rutinum ( Ⅵ ), lueolin- 3 '-O-β-D -glucopyranoside( Ⅶ ). Conclusion : Compounds Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
