摘要
从养老保障与老年照料概念的区别入手,从老年照料的机会成本、老年照料的技能化要求、家庭财产继承制的变化以及充分就业等角度分析了老年照料产业社会化推进的原因,并认为老年照料产业的开发需要解决好产品、举办者和人员与工资制度等方面的问题。
By distinguishing the definition of old age security from that of elderly care, the paper expounds the socialization of the elderly care based on such aspects as opportunity costs, requirement for skills, change of property inheritance and full employment. Then it analyses related problems in developing the industry.
