摘要
对于网络控制系统,由于网络引起的延迟、数据包丢失等问题往往会影响控制系统的性能。本文基于工业控制软件中间件Labmap和德国Wago公司的接口硬件构建直流电机的网络控制平台,通过PC机的MATLAB/SIMULINK构建直流电机控制方案。针对网络传输延迟问题采用神经网络逆控制方法设计了一个网络延迟补偿器,实验结果说明能够较好地补偿网络传输的延迟,使得电机转速较好地跟踪输入的目标转速控制信号。
Network communication delay and packet loss will affect the performance of networked control system (NCS). With the middleware Labmap and the hardware interface, a networked control platform for the DC motor can be set up. With this platform, DC Motor control strategy can be applied using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is applied to design a DC Motor speed reverse controller. The experimental results show that it can compensate the delay of the signal transmission, and make the output speed of the DC Motor follow the speed control signal well.
