摘要
目的探讨造口涂膜剂对接触性皮炎的治疗作用。方法采用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)皮肤涂抹法制造实验动物接触性皮炎模型,通过观察造口涂膜剂对实验动物病变皮肤的肿胀度、损伤程度、瘙痒程度的影响,对造口涂膜剂抗接触性皮炎效果进行初步评价。结果造口涂膜剂对动物的接触性皮炎有明显的抑制作用,能显著的减轻皮肤肿胀、局部炎性反应及瘙痒反应。结论造口涂膜剂在两个动物模型上的抗炎、止痒疗效确切,具有临床开发价值。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of the stoma film to the contact dermatitis of the model mice. Methods Contact dermatitis model mice were induced by smearing dinitrochlorobenzene （DNCB）, sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDS） to the skin. By observing the influence of the stoma film on the swelling degree, injury degree and itching degree of the animals＇ impaired skin, the therapeutic effects of the stoma film to the contact dermatitis prehminary were evaluated. Results The stoma film could significantly inhibit the contact dermatitis of the model mice. The skin swelling, local inflammatory reaction and itching response alleviate of the model mice were improved. Conclusion The stoma film performed significant anti-inflammatory and antipmritic effects on the contact dermatitis model mice.
