摘要
为了解决低浓度煤矿瓦斯无法直接燃烧的问题,自行开发了多孔介质燃烧器,基于此试验系统,对三种分别为40PPI-30PPI-20PPI-10PPI,40PPI-30PPI-20PPI-20PPI,40PPI-30PPI-间隔10mm-20PPI-20PPI的多孔介质燃烧器开展试验研究,研究不同当量比、不同混气流速下的瓦斯在多孔介质组合中燃烧温度变化,并用温度变化研究燃烧火焰的移动规律。同时得出不同多孔介质组合下不同当量比所对应的脱火流速及回火流速。试验结果为多孔介质燃烧器设计提供了依据,对于利用低浓度瓦斯能源,保护环境具有重要意义。
In order to make full utilization of low concentration coal mine gas so as to save energy and contribute to the environmental protection, a new kind of porous medium bumer was designed, based on the self- developed porous media coal mine gas combustion test system, three different porous media combinations, which were 40PPI - 30PPI - 20PPI - 10PPI, 40PPI - 30PPI - 20PPI - 20PPI, 40PPI - 30PPI - 10mm interval - 20PPI - 20PPI, were based to carry out the research, the temperature changes under different equivalent ratios (ER) and different gas velocities were mainly studied, and the flame migration disciplines were obtained through studying the temperature changes. The blow - off velocity and flashback velocity were obtained as well. The test results provide the basis for designing a porous media burner and had a great significance in using low concentration coal mine gas and protecting the environment.
