摘要
选用BST-I和WLP-1无渗透处理剂,分析吐哈油田常用钻井液体系的配伍性并进行优选,得到无渗透钻井液配方,评价配方的降滤失、封堵裂缝和岩心伤害性能.结果表明:无渗透钻井液性能优越,能封堵1 mm以下的裂缝;可在砂床滤失仪中形成高结构强度的渗透膜,渗透膜的渗透率极低,砂床滤失量可达0 mL;对岩心伤害小,能使岩心渗透率堵塞率达90%以上,渗透率恢复值达95%以上,污染深度只有1 cm左右.
This paper describes the compatibility of non-penetrative treatment agent and drilling fluid system commonly used in Tuha Oilfields,as well as the selective preference of non-penetrative treatment agents.Finally,we obtain a formulation of non-penetrative drilling fluid.After the performance of the fluid loss,sealing cracks and core damage have been evaluated for the formulation,and the results show that non-penetrative drilling fluid has superior performance that can seal cracks below 1 millimeter.It can form the permeable membrane of high structural strength in sand-bed filtration instrument.The penetration rate of the permeable membrane is extremely low and the loss of sand-bed filtration is 0 milliliter.The core damage of non-penetrative drilling fluid is very small,the core penetration stoppage rate is more than 90%,the restoration value of penetration rate is more than 95%,and the pollution depth is only 1 centimeter.
