摘要
通过对无锡市第三人民医院以现场无记名随机发放调查问卷的方式开展"加强公立医院医疗服务宣传"的调查研究进行专题调研分析,提出提升医疗技术、塑造服务品牌是加强公立医院医疗服务宣传的关键;突出防病保健、专家专科宣传是加强公立医院医疗服务宣传的职责;采取方便可及、随时可得的方式是加强公立医院医疗服务宣传的重点;构建全员参与,人人作为的格局是加强公立医院医疗服务宣传的必然。从而不断提高公立医院服务宣传的效率效益,更好地满足百姓健康服务需求。
Random questionnaire investigation of strengthening medical service propaganda in public hospital were implemented in Wuxi the 3rd People s Hospital.The key propaganda factors in public hospital were medical service and hospital brand.The key contents of public hospital propaganda were health prevention and medical experts.The importance methods of public hospital propaganda were handy and accessible.Building a full participation propaganda team was the necessity to improve public hospital propaganda efficiency and effective anti match the patients' demands.
